Cashback is calculated based on the player’s weekly Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) loss. The calculation period runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59. A minimum loss of $50 is required to trigger a cashback payout. This program is designed for High-Value segments to mitigate churn.

Cashback is credited as “Casino Cash” and is restricted to Slot games only. This protects the integrity of the bonus against low-margin table games. A 40x rollover requirement applies to the cashback amount before any funds can be withdrawn.

Automated payouts are processed weekly. However, for security purposes, any automated payout exceeding $2,500 will automatically trigger a 24-hour manual review to verify play integrity before funds are released to the player account.
