Depositing funds to your account is very easy. You can use any of the following deposit methods:

If you try and make a deposit and you get a pre-approved message, this means that your card is accepted to be used on our website, but it was not approved by your bank. You were not charged anything.

Please contact our Customer Service at 1-844-444-BUSR (1-844-444-2877) so we can determine what will the best way to process your deposit successfully.

1. Go to the Racing section

2. Click on the track of your preference and you will then see a list of the races for the day. The next race is selected automatically, but you can select any other race number.

5. Select the bet type. The available bets can vary depending on the track.

6. For a Straight wager, you will need to write in the amount you want to risk for Win, Place, or Show. If you are doing an Exotic wager, you will see the box to input the bet amount and you can also select your picks

7. Once you are sure, click on ADD TO BET SLIP.

8. You will see the BET SLIP on the right-hand side if you are using a computer or a “Shopping cart” if you are using a mobile device.

9. Review your bets and click on PLACE BET. This will post your wager and you will receive a ticket number.

To view any pending horse or sports bet you need to log in to your account, at the Club House you will see the “Open Bets” section. Click on it and it will show your open or pending bets.

If you place your Kentucky Derby bet within the Racing section of our website and the horse is scratched , the wager will be refunded. Please take into account that the system will do so by the time the official results are provided by the track when the race is completed.

This can vary in the case for exotic wagers depending on the type of bet that you selected and the possible outcomes.

For an "odds to win" with a fixed-odds payout amount, all wagers have action. This means that even if the horse is scratched prior to the race the wager will be settled as a loss.

If you placed a bet on a horse in the Kentucky Derby Future Odds and the horse doesn't run, then your bet will be settled as a loss.

BUSR is a non-parimutuel site. We pay full track odds for your Straight bets (Win, Place or Show) on the Kentucky Derby. For Exotic wagers, we pay track odds up to a fixed-odds max amount. The limit depends on the bet type and track level. You can see these details in the Racing FAQ section at Support in the Club House when you are logged in.

"Once you have confirmed your wager, we do not cancel, change or alter your wager.

In the case that you made a mistake or placed a duplicate bet you can contact our Customer Service to determine if an exception can be made.”

All our betting are settled accordingly as soon as an official result is confirmed. Depending on the specific discipline or sport, this confirmation has to be provided by the official regulating entity.

If you requested the email to reset your password, but you have not received it, we recommend you to check the Junk Mail folder. Be sure that you provided the same email with which you opened the account. No email will be sent if you use a different address. If you keep having issues, please contact our Customer Service department.

We do not submit information about your account to any tax authority except in cases of fraud.
